haiz.. juz came back from the heats... peng shan... my 400m individual cannot make it.... stupid back give problem... but... hack.. tts excuse lah... argh... i AM A NORMAL GER!!! cb... shall train every week till my finals which is one month time... got in the relays though... 400m is direct entry... for 100m.. we are the last team to get in... in our heats... we got last... but second heats was too slow bah... i kinda drag my team down i feel... coz im slow.. so im gonna train.. and also... i pass to tiff the baton... kinda retard... damn it... argh!!!!

training for running is all that matters now... so im gonna be MIA and do self training in the meantime... and im getting spikes shoes... cb... todae raining then my shoes slippery also... argh....
